Then we need to maintain and repair these refractory bricks. . Generally, we know that refractory bricks produced by industrial furnaces mainly refer to the excavation of magnesia chrome bricks and spinel bricks. Here are some things to note for bricks:

1. Bricks must be made of the same batch of bricks as the same manufacturer as the old bricks;

 2. Whenever possible, use the remaining loose bricks that have been repaired the same time as the old bricks. (Note: Bricks that are damp or broken are strictly prohibited)

 3. The contact surface of the new and old bricks must be fired;

 4. There is no iron plate between the old and new brick interface faces;

 5. The brick joints on both sides of the lock brick cannot be hit with iron plates, and the iron plates of the adjacent two ring bricks should be staggered from each other, and the iron plates should not be hit on both sides of the same brick;

 6. The iron plate must be completely driven into the brick joint;

 7. The sealing of the first few rings of bricks must be inserted into the bricks from the side, and the last ring of bricks is sealed with the front side of the bricks;

 8. Masonry shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the proportion of the design bricks, and the masonry ratio shall not be changed at will;

 9. The expansion joint cardboard of the excavated brick shall not be torn off, and the excavated brick must be wet (the mud mud fullness should reach 95% or more. It is strictly forbidden to have no bricks in the big head, and there is fire mud in the small head. If this happens, it should be Timely dismantling and rebuilding;

 10. When using the patch, do not use (or reduce the use of) the processing brick as much as possible.

 The principle of excavation: Digging bricks from the weakest part of the brick, but not at the same time. If it is a continuous multi-ring excavation, in order to prevent the overall looseness of the brick, it is necessary to dig up the 2nd ring before continuing to dig up. When digging bricks, pay attention to observe the tightness of the whole ring brick. If the overall brick loosening occurs, stop the excavation immediately. Use the lock brick iron plate to insert the two sides of the loose brick into the ring seam. After tightening, confirm that it is not loose before continuing to dig up.
